In this online course we cover aspects as diverse as presentation skills and nutrition, exercise and stress management. The course is designed to get members thinking in a slightly altered manner, and so making better decisions and proactively assuming control of their lives in a more productive way.
With opportunities to improve personal performance at a physical and psychological level, the course empowers members and trains them to expand their comfort zone into new areas. Members will learn to embrace opportunities and manage their situation with confidence.

The purpose of the course is to provide a basis for change in the participants. This change is fostered at a physical and psychological level throughout the course. Each day a brief period is spent completing journal entries and a simple exercise.
The daily process is one that involves sitting down and working, in a state of objective self analysis and reflection. Over the period of the course this becomes a daily ritual.
Each section in the course is backed up with exercises and discussion opportunities. Participants who complete this course will be happier, healthier and stronger as a result of their participation.
